How to Build a Marketing Plan
While we can be very complex when trying to build a marketing plan, I rather believe that the game is more simple but the difficulty is in the details:
WHO: Brand (Your identity, Mantra, DNA)
WHAT: Value Proposition (from Product/Price to Value and Solution)
WHERE: Channels (from Channels to Omnichannel approach)
HOW: Cx, Conversation, Advocacy (from Communication to Experience and Conversations)
FOR: Marketing Financial Equation (Marketing without number is ... philosophy)
Growth is either more users, more transactions per user or higher price per transaction. If you can't connect your initiatives to this logic, you have an issue.
